Requirements
  • A well-known Identity industry veteran.
  • 10+ years of experience in Identity, with at least 5 years in an Identity leadership role.
  • Strong pre-sales experience, with the ability to engage clients and articulate Identity solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of presenting at Identity industry conferences.
  • Extensive architecture and engineering experience with the following Identity ecosystem components:
  • Creation and execution of the Identity ecosystem and Identity roadmap
  • Integration of the Identity posture into the larger Cyber Security posture
  • Identity Governance Administration (IGA)
  • Life Cycle Management (LCM)
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Single Sign On (SSO)
  • Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)
  • Deep knowledge of Identity products and solutions, such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping Identity, Okta, Cyberark, Thycotic and others.
  • Knowledge of enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.)
  • Familiarity of Identity ecosystem enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow)
  • Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Source of Truth (SoT), and Least Privilege.
  • Familiarity with security/compliance standards, frameworks, and concepts (NIST, ISO, SOX, GDPR, Zero trust, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT | Security | Identity related field or relevant Experience
  • Identity Technology-specific training/certifications a plus
  • Professional certifications in Security | Identity (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSP, Certified Identity and Access Manager - CIAM) are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with the IDMWORKS sales organization to assist in the discovery and solution creation of Identity capabilities for prospective and existing customers
  • Participate in and/or deliver Customer facing presales workshops and Identity assessments
  • Present at Industry conferences on the behalf of IDMWORKS
  • Act as a Liaison between IDMWORKS Sales and Practice Leadership teams
  • Participate in the creation and improvement of new/existing IDMWORKS thought leadership
  • Engage in Identity requirements gathering, analyze Identity processes, providing recommendations and proposed solutions to prospective and existing customers
  • Develop programmatic architecture and solution designs across multiple Identity technologies and functional areas to address prospective client’s challenges
  • Lead Identity RFP responses and execute Proposal and SOW documents
  • Remain current on Identity market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team setting within a multi-task environment
  • Author Identity and Sales documentation
  • Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
