Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
- Must hold certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support.
Responsibilities
- Independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
- Provide care in accordance with the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.
- Work rotating shifts including weekends from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
- Two years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- Additional Life Support credentials such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, or Neonatal Resuscitation Program.
- Clinical specialty certifications relevant to specific units.
- Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
