Requirements
- Reliable transportation within the West Palm Beach area is required.

- Applicants must pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review.
Responsibilities
- Complete preventive maintenance, including engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations and changes, wheel balancing, and filter replacement.
- Maintain vehicle functional condition by reviewing customer complaints and service advisor notes, conducting inspections, repairing engine failures, repairing mechanical and electrical system malfunctions, replacing parts and components, and repairing body damage.
- Verify vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives and adjusting controls and systems.
- Test engines and safety and combustion control standards to comply with federal and state vehicle requirements.
- Maintain vehicle records by recording service and repairs in the CDK system.
- Maintain shop equipment by following operating and safety instructions.
- Inspect and test vehicles to keep equipment available for use.
- Update job and product knowledge as required by the manufacturer.
- Communicate professionally and provide customer repair updates to service advisors and the parts department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Perform duties indoors and outdoors throughout the dealer premises, including frequent movement around company facilities and the outdoor car lot to move vehicles.
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years of experience as an automotive technician is preferred.
- One or more years of dealership experience is preferred.
