Requirements
  • Bachelors' degree in a related field or equivalent related professional experience
  • 5+ years of benefits design and administration experience in a fast-paced, evolving, and high growth environment
  • Strong knowledge of global health and welfare benefit programs including healthcare, life, disability, time away, vacation, sick, allowances, and wellbeing benefits
  • Current with new benefit developments, statutory requirements, employment practices, and industry trends
  • Strong vendor management skills; demonstrated experience managing contracts and collaboration with Procurement, Legal, and Privacy
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects from conception to completion
  • Ability to balance being a proven teammate, working independently and can understand complex subjects and share them through audience appropriate collateral
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and influence business leaders
  • Excellent Microsoft application skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Workday knowledge a plus
Responsibilities
  • Identify solutions and create action plans to ensure program offerings and delivery meet the needs of the organization and employee experience
  • Partner with internal teams, consultants, and vendor partners to provide analysis of key benefits-related data
  • Regularly review benefits programs, practices, costs, and local market trends
  • Partner with cross functional teams on future roadmaps and the implementation of enhancements and solutions
  • Apply your knowledge of benefits laws and regulations to ensure health, welfare and retirement compliance
  • Establish program offerings and benefits support across multiple countries as the organization evolves
  • Participate as a team member on due diligence and integration planning teams to support acquisitions and expansions
  • Effectively manage multiple, complex projects and deadlines, with internal and external parties
  • Partner with internal communications, branding and ERGs to ensure benefits communications are engaging, relevant, and available across multiple channels
  • Work with Legal, Employee Relations, Payroll, and People Operations to develop and maintain leave and absence policies and practices
  • Work closely with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Senior Business Leaders to communicate Roku’s compensation and benefits strategy
  • Remain current on international compensation market competitive practices
  • Effectively partner with People teams and the Business Leaders to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues, particularly for offers, new positions, transfers, and promotions
  • Work on special projects as required
