Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in process management
  • At least 3 years of experience with ATM or Card payment networks
  • At least 3 years experience with Issuing and Acquiring Card processing
  • At least 3 years of experience with ATMs hardware, ATM software, or ATM services
  • At least 3 years of developing or interpreting analytics
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors to align and manage expectations of service delivery / reliability
  • Hold vendors accountable for performance via the use of scorecards and operational goals tracking and partnering with them to improve results
  • Issue and manage escalations to vendors for all pervasive operational issues.. Lead initiatives to improve service reliability and reduce cost
  • Engage and collaborate with other Capital One teams to ensure understanding of problem statements, frame potential solutions, and evaluate vendor options to pursue
  • Lead RFP and contract negotiations with existing and potential vendors
  • Act as a subject matter expert on ATM Networks (Allpoint and Moneypass) including initiatives and projects relating to these operations
  • Possess a solid understanding of network rules (MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, PULSE, CIRRUS, PLUS and regional PIN networks)
  • Stay current with Industry trends and their impacts to our vendor partnerships
  • Provide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meeting
  • Act as the incident management business owner and provide support to all resolution teams during issues or outages
