- Hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions using Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 in large, complex environments, including hybrid and third-party migrations.
- Subject-matter expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection, Teams Voice, and other Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Experience with Microsoft security technologies including Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Compliance Center, Litigation Hold, Retention, and eDiscovery.
- Real-world experience managing and maintaining Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and on-premises Active Directory migrations.

- Ability to respond proactively to internal and external technical communities using deep technical knowledge and relationship-building communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate proactively across internal, customer, and partner teams.
