Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in cabinet manufacturing, carpentry, or industrial technology.
  • Completed apprenticeship or equivalent training in wood production and layout.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical reports and interpret design specifications.
  • Strong math skills for measurements and layout.
  • Ability to exercise creative problem-solving and good judgment in changing job-site conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Willingness to cross-train and continuously improve craft.
Responsibilities
  • Install cabinets, countertops, and hardware according to design plans and specifications.
  • Use drills, saws, levels, and measuring tapes safely and carefully.
  • Ensure each installation meets quality, safety, and appearance standards.
  • Communicate with customers and supervisors to resolve on-site issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
  • Adapt to different job sites and use judgment to solve unique challenges.
  • Report quality concerns and process issues to a foreman or supervisor.
