Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to address client technical requirements, ensuring that all pre-sales discussions are technically sound and aligned with client needs.
  • Work closely with product management and customer success to ensure a shared understanding of technical concepts and business goals.
  • Design and present tailored solutions based on client use cases, conducting technical demonstrations that highlight our product’s unique value.
  • Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs by providing technical information, detailed specifications, and clarifications that align with client requirements.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients by providing technical training and ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales teams.
  • Perform ongoing competitive analysis to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and market trends.
  • Regularly update and refine sales collateral to reflect new product features, capabilities, and positioning.
  • Work closely with the marketing content manager to contribute to thought leadership materials, such as white papers, case studies, and blog posts, highlighting the technical advantages of our solutions and reinforcing our market positioning.
