Koddi is seeking an innovative and results-driven Solutions Architect to accelerate growth by delivering customized pre-sales solutions that solve client challenges and unlock business opportunities. In this role, your goal is to drive Koddi’s expansion by identifying new product innovations, enabling partners to achieve measurable success, and ensuring our solutions align with client needs. Success in this role requires a deep technical understanding to navigate complex challenges, deliver practical solutions, and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to create impactful outcomes. Through your efforts, clients will gain a clear understanding of the product’s unique value and its fit for their specific needs, resulting in higher engagement, confidence in the solution, and an increased likelihood of closing deals.
What you will do
- Technical Consultation: Collaborate with sales representatives to address client technical requirements, ensuring that all pre-sales discussions are technically sound and aligned with client needs.
- Bridge business and technical teams: Work closely with product management and customer success to ensure a shared understanding of technical concepts and business goals.
- Solution Customization & Demonstrations: Design and present tailored solutions based on client use cases, conducting technical demonstrations that highlight our product’s unique value. This responsibility will also include developing demo environments or custom presentations specific to client requirements.
- RFP Support: Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs by providing technical information, detailed specifications, and clarifications that align with client requirements.
- Onboarding & Handoff Coordination: Support the onboarding process for new clients by providing technical training and ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales teams.
- Competitive Analysis & Product Feedback: Perform ongoing competitive analysis to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and market trends.
- Sales Collateral Updates: Regularly update and refine sales collateral to reflect new product features, capabilities, and positioning.
- Collaboration on Thought Leadership: Work closely with the marketing content manager to contribute to thought leadership materials, such as white papers, case studies, and blog posts, highlighting the technical advantages of our solutions and reinforcing our market positioning.

- Sales Team Productivity: Sales team will have more time to hunt for new opportunities.
- Client Insights and Trend Identification: Solutions architect will maintain a document that tracks competitive differentiation and product requirements/gaps.
- Up-to-Date Sales Collateral: Sales materials will be regularly refreshed to reflect the latest features and capabilities.
- Tailored Demos: Demo environments will be customized to align closely with each client’s specific use case.
What skills and experience you bring
- 7+ years in marketing, adtech, SaaS, or related software fields.
- 7+ years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, marketing analytics, or technical implementation.
- You understand the technology deeply to bridge the gap between sales, product, and the client
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver user oriented presentations.
- Highly organized and efficient in managing multiple priorities.
- Outstanding level of customer focus, with the ability to analyze root causes, develop practical solutions, and negotiate resolutions.
- A collaborative approach that inspires confidence while maintaining integrity.
