Responsibilities
  • Create and manage the work plan (work breakdown structure) for complex supply chain systems delivery.
  • Build and manage integrated schedules using standard tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence, SharePoint).
  • Plan staffing and resource needs; align allocations with resource managers.
  • Define assignments and effort estimates (ETCs) to manage capacity and delivery.
  • Negotiate priorities and trade-offs to deliver results with available resources.
  • Run change control to balance new requests against scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and ways of working across business, IT, and vendors.
  • Drive decision-making and accountability across the team and governance groups.
  • Align the team around shared goals, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Anticipate organizational impacts and remove adoption barriers through change management.
  • Recognize contributions and reinforce high performance.

L.L.Bean is planning to open an 18,000-square-foot shop at Cool Springs Galleria in Franklin on July 17.
