Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63, 65, or 66 are required or must be obtained within 90 days.
  • State insurance licensing and appointment in life, health, and variable lines of authority are required or must be obtained within 90 days.
  • Eligibility to be securities registered and insurance licensed in all 50 states.
  • A satisfactory criminal and financial background check.
  • Self-discipline, independence, and motivation to succeed.
  • Motivation to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coach or guide clients.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively re-engage existing Thrivent clients by reaching out to schedule and hold meaningful appointments via phone, shared screens, and video.
  • Engage clients and provide tailored financial guidance using Thrivent's advice framework.
  • Guide clients in creating and maintaining financial plans.
  • Meet with clients virtually to provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice.
  • Connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
  • Serve an existing client base and engage a personal natural market.
  • Use the Thrivent Planning Platform, Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, and Morningstar to support client advice.
  • Participate in onboarding, training, virtual collaboration, and occasional in-person development and team-building activities.
