Your Role & Impact

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered rehabilitation services to individuals with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, and developmental conditions.

You will use your clinical expertise to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions designed to reduce pain, restore mobility, improve function, and promote long-term health and wellness.

What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's needs and functional goals.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, Physical Therapist Assistants, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Participate in professional development, continuing education, and performance improvement initiatives.
Support clinical education and mentorship opportunities.
Promote a safe, organized, and patient-focused treatment environment.

What You'll Bring

Active South Carolina Physical Therapy License.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR/AED) certification.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation and wellness goals.

Work Schedule

Full-Time
72–80 hours biweekly
Monday–Friday
Flexible scheduling available
