  • Deep understanding of paid media tactics, digital marketing strategies, marketing automation, email marketing tactics, and lead management
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams, including joint planning and execution, driving disciplined lead follow up, and earning trust as a strategic business partner
  • Proven track record of defining and executing programmes with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders that deliver against funnel metrics and KPIs

  • Lead the EMEA strategy for RFA marketing campaigns and represent that strategy, plan, execution and performance with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment and execution with marketing and cross-functional partners across Campaigns, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales.
  • Continually collect feedback from key regional partner teams to understand needs and refine campaign strategies for relevance and impact.
  • Own campaign performance metrics and key business and revenue metrics across the sales funnel, including prospect acquisition and install base expansion.
  • Own internal communications and reporting for the RFA plan and metrics for the region, keeping key stakeholders informed throughout the planning and execution process, and partnering cross-functionally to launch experiments that improve campaign performance.
  • Partner with our Regional Product Marketing team to align messaging, content, and understand relevant solutions and uses cases that roll into each campaign.
  • Track, measure, and communicate campaign results, continually optimizing for efficiency and scale, and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts.
  • Own cross-segment EMEA customer marketing campaigns, working closely with Global Customer Marketing to launch activations in region.
  • Look for innovative new ways to reach and engage our users.
  • Be a thought leader representing EMEA as we grow across our campaigns and broader go-to-market at Stripe.
