About the job
- A commercial education at Bac+2 to Bac+5 level, preferably Bac+5.
- Recognized experience in a similar role, ideally in service sales.
- Experience in industry and/or building and public works/construction is desirable.
- Knowledge of budget and profit-and-loss statement management.
- Negotiation ability and an appetite for meeting commercial challenges.
- Develop the customer base through field prospecting, including market and competitor analysis, customer visits, outbound calls, and web prospecting campaigns.
- Learn the agency's equipment range, including safety rules and customer advice.
- Carry out the commercial action plan approved by management.
- Build customer loyalty through field visits and customer follow-up.
- Negotiate and defend rental, trading-sales, and associated-service prices.
- Supervise the layout, implementation, and development of the trading activity.
- Integrate and train commercial and technical team members.
- Plan and delegate activities, control results, conduct annual performance reviews, and hold weekly team meetings.
- Lead agency meetings and group-defined actions.
- Develop team members' skills and adapt the organization to business activity and team capabilities.
- Manage the profit center and agency operations using reporting and IT tools.
- Optimize the equipment fleet and workshop management.
- Ensure that premises and non-fleet equipment made available to the agency remain functional and clean.
- Participate in defining the agency budget with management.
- Ensure operating results meet objectives.
- Apply company agency procedures, including billing quality, supplier referencing, and collection and dispute management.
- Experience in industry and/or building and public works/construction.
