Requirements
  • MD or DO, board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • 2+ years of experience in primary care clinics
  • Active, unrestricted US medical license (multi-state required; credentialing support provided)
  • Significant outpatient primary care experience — seasoned clinicians with depth in ambulatory adult medicine
  • Eligible to see Medicare and Medicaid patients (enrolled or willing to enroll as a participating provider)
  • Must reside in the United States and deliver all care from within the US
  • Comfortable with telemedicine platforms and technology-driven workflows
  • DEA license required for credentialing
Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality adult primary care via video and asynchronous (chat/triage) telemedicine — 30 clinical hours per week
  • Care for a diverse patient population including Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries
  • Collaborate with a subspecialist network across medical and surgical disciplines
  • Leverage AI-enhanced workflows (Nabla scribe AI, automated routing, integrated clinical notes) to maximize clinical decision-making time
  • Help build clinical guidelines, quality standards, and operational processes as an early team member
