Requirements
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in fine wine sales or luxury client-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the California wine region and industry.
  • Strong customer relationship management discipline and a data-driven selling approach.
  • Established relationships with leading sommeliers and venues.
  • A commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • WSET Level 3 or higher qualification.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a high-value fine wine business by driving sales across existing and new premium on-premise and off-premise venues and accounts.
  • Recruit and manage high-net-worth clients.
  • Support industry relationships with partners such as Sommeliers Australia, California Wine Institute, and 67 Pall Mall.
  • Own and develop the customer relationship management platform to support conversion.
  • Plan and host private tastings, collector events, and trade-facing experiences.
  • Deliver immediate revenue, long-term client value, and ambassadorship of the Californian and Oregon wine industries.
