Requirements
  • One to two years of sales experience, or recent graduation with eagerness to develop in the role.
  • Experience in high-volume, transactional, or small and medium-sized business sales environments.
  • Ability to run multiple deals in parallel.
  • Strong discovery skills and the ability to steer a sales conversation.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with founders and operators.
  • Organization, discipline, and a pipeline-driven approach.

Responsibilities
  • Run a full-cycle sales process for small and medium-sized business customers from discovery through demonstration or assessment, proposal, and close.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of founders and small businesses.
  • Qualify inbound leads and actively prospect into early-stage companies.
  • Educate prospects on visa categories, including H-1B, O-1, TN, E-3, L-1, and PERM, at a practical business level.
  • Understand customer hiring plans, urgency, budget, and risk tolerance.
  • Position Alma as a technology-forward alternative to traditional law firms and boutique immigration providers.
  • Close new customers.
  • Accurately forecast and maintain clean customer relationship management data.
  • Collaborate with the Legal team to ensure a smooth handoff.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience selling HR technology, legal technology, software as a service, fintech, or compliance products.
  • Familiarity with BANT, MEDDICC, or similar qualification frameworks.
  • Experience selling to founders or very small companies.
  • Exposure to immigration, legal services, or complex workflows.
  • Personal experience with the United States immigration process.
