Requirements
  • STEM bachelor’s degree
  • Experience using electronic design automation (EDA) tools
Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line design services, technical sales and customer support to Cadence customers
  • Work with Cadence account teams to develop innovative solutions for technical problems
  • Participate in a cohort-based, one year program with two six month rotations
  • Receive detailed, hands-on training in applications used for Digital Design/Simulation, Physical Design, Analog Layout, Advanced Verification or Hardware Emulation
  • Learn from technical experts, sales and application engineers
  • Gain experience in fundamentals in design, verification, HDLs, synthesis and timing
  • Engage in embedded software development and HW/SW codesign and co-verification
  • Work with UNIX, C/C++, and scripting languages such as Perl, TCL, Python
  • Participate in digital physical design and implementation
  • Conduct sign-off for timing, IR drop, power analysis, SI analysis
  • Involve in custom and analog design
  • Network and participate in activities with recent college grad community at Cadence
