Requirements
  • At least 10 total years of related work experience.
  • At least 5 years of records management experience, including Freedom of Information Act information management.
  • Experience creating and implementing records management policies, procedures, and retention schedules.
  • Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements.
  • Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff.
  • Strong computer skills, including database, word processing, and data entry skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Physical ability to move a large number of files and/or file boxes.
  • Experience with administrative services such as office management, building and facilities management, human resources, and policies and procedures.
  • Ability to provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment during events.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree in Information Management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in commercial software packages and databases, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to respond flexibly and provide rapid assistance in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Organizational and customer service skills.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance.
  • Knowledge of records lifecycle management, data entry, and document classification.
  • Confidentiality, accuracy, organization, and accountability.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to manage changing project requirements and priorities, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Analytical, organizational, time management, oral communication, and written communication skills.
  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio; and ability to learn other tools as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Manage physical and digital records.
  • Ensure compliance with federal records retention policies.
  • Oversee filing systems and retrieval operations.
  • Centralize resources, optimize workflows, and provide responsive administrative support services.
  • Assist with program and project management support in daily business activities and initiatives.
  • Support Information Resource Center administrative support activities.
  • Review and update the Information Resource Center manual describing the policies and procedures for administration of the center, and deliver updated copies to the contracting officer's representative.
  • Prepare and deliver an annual Information Resource Center calendar of events, including records management information, records training, file cleanup days, inventory, and other contract milestones.
  • Deliver Project Information Management System reports to the contracting officer's representative on an ad hoc and regularly scheduled basis.
  • Review Project Information Management System reports and recommend amendments to reporting practices and formats that promote efficiency or improve record keeping.
  • Deliver weekly written status reports covering problems, accomplishments, and the current status of all tasks.
  • Maintain required security clearances for the duration of employment or until access requirements change.
  • Establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives with documented goals across the firm's global competencies.
  • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian.
