Proskauer's Chairman Tim Mungovan said: "Client demand for sophisticated, cross-border tax advice continues to grow. Julio brings deep experience advising clients on complex fund formations and strategic transactions, helping clients navigate the tax considerations that are critical to achieving their objectives. He will be a great addition to our team."
