  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Responsibilities
  • Providing critical guidance and support from presales through the remainder of the project lifecycle including process reengineering and integration design
  • Facilitating solution design/blueprinting sessions and documentation based on industry best practices as well as identifying and implementing solutions to solve customer problems
  • Guiding implementation team with data conversion quality, configuration, functional design documentation, and user acceptance testing
  • Managing shared responsibility of Functional and Technical teams during implementation to ensure solutions and modifications are designed with integrity and documentation is adhered to
  • Playing a vital role in translation between Functional and Technical teams
  • Following the prescribed Anthology implementation methodology and tools, understanding the key activities and deliverables for client engagement and internal projects
  • Driving continuous process improvement in the implementation methodology and best practices
  • Conducting in-progress project reviews to ensure compliance with project goals and operability of solution; working with project team to manage the quality of the deliverable throughout the project lifecycle
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for overall project success
  • Coaching and mentoring Implementation Consultants to further their professional growth and development
  • Participating in after-hour meetings with management and customers, as needed
  • This role requires approximately 75% travel
