Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Account Development (US): Build relationships with key decision-makers at target enterprise accounts and execute sales and partnership strategies for initial market entry.
  • Designing Global Business Scalability: Analyze success stories from Korea and Japan to adapt them for the US market, establishing the foundation for sustainable business operations.
  • Complex Solution Design (ChannelTalk & Ads): Propose tailored strategies to maximize product utility according to client needs. Design comprehensive business funnels that bridge the gap from new user acquisition to retention by integrating ad solutions.
  • Bridging Product & Business: Translate client requirements into technical specifications for internal Dev/Product teams, ensuring local market feedback is reflected in the product roadmap.
  • End-to-End Account Management: Take full ownership of the customer success lifecycle—including contract management, renewals, and technical support—to maximize satisfaction for enterprise clients.

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Professional business fluency in both English and Korean.
  • Strategy & Execution Specialist: Experience in strategic consulting or operations, with a proven track record of structuring and building business processes from scratch.
  • SaaS & Ad-Tech Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS business mechanisms and the digital advertising ecosystem.

Channel Talk (operated by Zoyi) provides analytics and engagement platforms tailored for retail, combining online and offline data to power personalized shopping. Walk Insights analyzes offline data to uncover shopper behavior, while Channel.io handles online data, messaging, and customer engagement. The tools connect data across platforms to support targeted marketing campaigns and customer relationship management (CRM) for beauty, fashion, and distribution brands, primarily in Asia, under a subscription and services model. The goal is to help brands execute data-driven, personalized experiences across both online and offline channels, strengthening O2O commerce.
