One Stop Nutrition bets on integrated tech as it launches franchise expansion with NorthStar.

One Stop Nutrition bets on integrated tech as it launches franchise expansion with NorthStar. IRVINE, CA - One Stop Nutrition, the Arizona-based health and wellness franchise founded by Brian and Jennie Kerry in 1996, has announced a landmark partnership with CBS NorthStar, Synergy Suites, and Paytronix to deploy a fully integrated point-of-sale, loyalty, and franchise management ecosystem across its growing system of 55+ locations. The move signals a deliberate shift from a brand with 30 years of operational history and the credibility to back it up. With deep roots in the Arizona market and 55+ locations already in the system, One Stop Nutrition isn't experimenting with technology; it's investing in an enterprise-level platform purpose-built to scale a franchise at speed. NorthStar was selected specifically because Brian and Jennie wanted a partner with the depth and track record to support both today's locations and the national expansion ahead. With NorthStar handling point-of-sale and order management and Synergy Suites powering the franchise operations layer, they'll have enterprise-grade infrastructure in place at every stage of growth. "We've watched many franchise brands grow fast and then grind to a halt because their technology couldn't keep up. That isn't going to be our story. We wanted to come out of the gate with a system that could handle 10 locations or 200 and give every single franchisee the tools they need to run a great store from the first day they flip the sign. That's exactly what this partnership with NorthStar delivers." - Brian Kerry, Founder, One Stop Nutrition The NorthStar platform gives One Stop Nutrition franchisees a fast, reliable point-of-sale system with centralized menu management, real-time reporting, and consistent guest-facing technology across every location. Corporate leadership gets a single view across the system, the kind of operational visibility that lets a growing franchise brand manage quality at scale, not just hope for it. This solution will create a connected ecosystem that handles everything from franchisee onboarding and performance management. Together, the two platforms (NorthStar and Synergy Suites) eliminate the integration headaches that slow growing brands down and give One Stop Nutrition a technology story it can take to prospective franchisees with confidence. One Stop Nutrition is targeting significant national expansion with plans to grow well beyond its current 55+ locations and establish the brand as a dominant player in the health and wellness franchise space. That kind of growth requires more than ambition. It requires systems that don't break under pressure, reporting that gives corporate leadership real-time visibility across dozens of markets, and a technology partner that's already proven at scale. NorthStar brings all three. With the platform's centralized menu management, multi-unit reporting, and enterprise-grade architecture, One Stop Nutrition can add new franchisees and new markets without rebuilding its tech stack every time and without losing the operational consistency that protects the brand. "What Brian and Jennie are building is special, a health-focused brand with real heart and a franchise model that's designed to win. The smartest thing any emerging franchise brand can do is get their technology right before they scale, not after. That's what One Stop Nutrition is doing. NorthStar and Synergy Suites together give them the foundation to grow fast and grow right. We couldn't be more excited to be their POS partner." - Jeremy Julian, CRO, CBS NorthStar The One Stop Nutrition announcement reflects a growing recognition in the franchise industry that technology infrastructure is a brand asset, not a back-office expense. As health and wellness concepts continue to outpace broader restaurant and retail growth, franchise buyers are increasingly sophisticated, evaluating not just the product and the unit economics, but the operational systems they'll be running every day. Franchise brands that can point to a proven, integrated technology stack have a material advantage in franchisee recruitment and retention. For NorthStar, the partnership extends the platform's reach into the health and wellness franchise category, a fast-growing segment that shares the speed, volume, and operational complexity of the QSR and fast casual brands NorthStar was built to serve. About One Stop Nutrition One Stop Nutrition Franchising is an Arizona-based health and wellness franchise concept founded by Brian and Jennie Kerry in 1996. With 30 years in the industry and 55+ locations, the brand has built a reputation for personalized nutrition guidance and premium supplement products, and a franchise model designed for national scale. One Stop Nutrition is actively expanding its franchise system across the country, backed by the operational depth and brand equity of three decades in the market. Las Palapas taps Paytronix for digital overhaul, adds mobile app

Las Palapas taps Paytronix for digital overhaul, adds mobile app. Photo: Las Palapas February 17, 2026 San Antonio-based Tex-Mex chain Las Palapas is celebrating its 45th anniversary with a digital overhaul, partnering with Paytronix to launch a new mobile app and loyalty program designed to fuel a major brand expansion. The partnership replaces the restaurant's legacy infrastructure with a unified tech stack, integrating online ordering, digital gift cards and AI-driven marketing tools into a single platform. "Partnering with Paytronix was a strategic move to simplify the Las Palapas tech stack, making it more efficient and bringing more functionality," Joseph Fain, vice president of operations for Las Palapas, said in a company press release. "This digital backbone positions us to succeed as we look to a new period of growth." Modernizing the guest experience. The cornerstone of the rollout is the LP Club mobile app. More than 100,000 existing loyalty members are being transitioned to the system, which allows users to: * Earn points and unlock member-only perks. * Manage and pay with e-gift card balances. * Re-order favorite meals for fast pickup. * Access location-specific promotions, such as stadium-based QR code discounts. Fain noted that the previous system limited the brand's promotional capabilities. With the new integration, Las Palapas can now process e-gift cards online and execute real-time marketing campaigns at live events. Scaling for the future. The timing of the tech launch coincides with a milestone year for the company. Founded in 1981, Las Palapas operates 25 locations. The company plans to use the data-driven insights provided by Paytronix to scale the brand throughout 2026. Adriana Zeman, vice president of customer success at Paytronix, said the integrated suite - which includes omnichannel messaging and AI insights - is built specifically for restaurant chains looking to expand without increasing back-end complexity. "Las Palapas has the infrastructure in place to grow the business while keeping focus where it belongs: creating the best food and experience for guests," Zeman said.
