Clean water fountains with disinfectants daily.
Collect trash from public areas and offices and place it in trash bins daily.
Clean restrooms with disinfectants daily.
Vacuum carpets as needed.
Clean vinyl and ceramic floors with a wet mop as needed.
Clean cupboards, countertops, and sinks with disinfectants daily.
Clean microwaves and refrigerators daily with mild dish soap and water.
Test and replace burnt-out light bulbs in fixtures daily.
Perform outside maintenance, including cleaning sidewalks and entranceways, weeding, and picking up garbage.
Maintain and complete preventive maintenance on furnaces, plumbing, air conditioning, water heaters, fire exits and alarms, and the electrical system.
Desired Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
A valid driver's license with a good driving record is preferred.
Custodial experience is preferred.

Our agency is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented custodians to work at our location on Meridian Rd. We currently have a part-time position available; Applicants should be available between the hours of 6am-4pm.
