- A Master's Degree is required for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- A New Jersey license is required for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification is required.
- The position requires a full-time schedule of 40 hours weekly.
- Provide advanced medical care within a clinical specialty and the scope of education.
- Consult with other members of the health care team to strengthen advanced medical care practice and promote positive patient outcomes.
- Provide clinical practice, staff and patient education, and research.
- Serve as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
- Outpatient general neurology experience is preferred, including seizure and epilepsy care, stroke care, movement disorders, and management of multiple sclerosis.
