MutinyHQ provides a B2B platform that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to tailor website experiences for visitors. It connects with a business’s data sources to identify visitors by factors like industry, company size, and online behavior, and then personalizes page content and advertising to match each audience. The system also creates high-converting headlines for targeted segments to boost engagement. An analytics dashboard shows the impact of these personalized experiences, including automatic hold-out testing to compare different content versions. The platform is designed to help businesses improve engagement and conversion rates by delivering relevant experiences at scale. Unlike generic marketing tools, MutinyHQ focuses on dynamic personalization driven by integrated data and ML-generated content to drive measurable improvements in leads and revenue. Its goal is to help businesses increase leads and conversions through more effective online marketing.

Mutiny CEO Jaleh Rezaei terminated all customer contracts, cut the team to 15 people and scrapped its SaaS product in November 2025, despite having $72 million in backing from Sequoia, Tiger Global and others, plus eight-figure ARR and enterprise clients like Uber and Snowflake. Four months later, monthly recurring revenue is growing at 188% week-over-week, 12 times faster than Mutiny's original 2018 SaaS launch. Sequoia board member Bogomil Balunov supported the decision, telling Rezaei the firm had invested in the founders, not the product. The company's hybrid approach of maintaining SaaS whilst building AI products failed due to incompatible operating modes, fundamentally different technical architectures and conflicting go-to-market demands. The move reflects Sequoia's "Services as Software" thesis that AI agents will replace workflow software.
