About the job
In Room Diningの一員として、ホテル内客室にご滞在のお客様からのお電話でのお食事のご注文をお受けする業務をご担当頂きます。
In Room Dining Coordinatorは、In Room Dining ManagerまたはAssistant Managerにレポートします。
As In Room Dining Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
お客さまからのお電話でのご注文をお受け頂き、リクエストを引き出し、コーディネートをして頂く業務です。
As In Room Dining Coordinator, we expect from you:
・深い商品知識と高いアップセルスキルを持ち、お客さまのオーダーを提案する高いレベル
・英語と日本語のスキル
・ゲストエクスペリエンスチーム、シェフ、料飲部マネジメントと密接に連携し、客室アメニティの割り当てを調整
・PCとマルチテクノロジーのスキル
・高い自己管理能力
・異なる部門／部署との協力スキル
・シフト対応（土日を含む不定休のシフト、7:00-16:00/13:00-22:00など）
