Requirements
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Two or more years of logistics or warehouse operations experience are required.
  • One or more years of experience using Excel, Google Suite, and artificial intelligence tools, handling large amounts of data, creating pivot tables, and performing data visualization and informed decision-making are required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
  • Ability to deliver packages as needed is required.
  • Ability to stand for long hours and adapt to extreme weather conditions is required.
  • Ability to work one day on the weekend is required.
Responsibilities
  • Identify next-day orders and create delivery route plans using the company's routing software.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a sufficient driver pool is ready for the business.
  • Understand driver performance and provide necessary support.
  • Suggest opportunities to reduce costs and improve fleet operations.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding warehouse delivery performance.
  • Assist with administrative and contracting tasks as assigned.
  • Drive company vans to maintenance vendors when needed.
  • Deliver packages when needed.
  • Perform basic fleet maintenance.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the fleet and warehouse.
