Partnership Lead - SAP
About the job
- At least 8 years of experience in the SAP space, ideally including experience at SAP itself.
- Strong relationships and credibility with SAP leadership and across the broader SAP ecosystem, with the ability to open doors from day one.
- Ability to build the partnerships function from scratch at an early-stage company without an established team or template.
- Ability to communicate and tell stories effectively to help partners understand Nova’s value and build conviction.
- Ability to operate with significant autonomy and ambiguity and make thoughtful decisions about what to pursue and why.
- Own Nova's partnership with SAP by working across leadership, product, ecosystem, and field teams and converting those relationships into meaningful outcomes.
- Build Nova’s partner network across systems integrators and other key players in the SAP ecosystem.
- Develop Nova’s partnership model from the ground up, including partner prioritization, collaboration methods, and shared success measures.
- Turn partnerships into pipeline and revenue as a commercial function.
- Represent Nova across the SAP ecosystem at events, user groups, partner summits, and other industry gatherings.
- Work closely with the founding team on positioning, competitive strategy, and prioritization of Nova’s time and resources.
- Experience at SAP itself.
