Cequens enterprise SMS for high-volume Mrfqy stores.

Cequens enterprise SMS for high-volume Mrfqy stores. Enterprise Egyptian merchants on Cequens can route COD confirmations through Mrfqy with SLA-backed delivery and dedicated account support. Cequens serves banks, telcos, and large retailers across MENA with tiered SLAs and redundant routes. Mrfqy integrates Cequens as an enterprise-grade Egypt SMS option for merchants processing thousands of COD orders monthly who cannot afford gateway downtime during Ramadan peaks. Who should pick Cequens. Choose Cequens when your legal team already approved them for banking OTP, you have a dedicated account manager, and you need delivery receipts for dispute resolution with couriers. Mrfqy passes order metadata - order number, total, store name - into the standard Cequens REST SMS API. No custom middleware on your servers; webhooks stay on Mrfqy's notification service. Multi-brand holdings can use one Cequens master account with per-store sender IDs in Mrfqy - each storefront under Settings | COD order SMS gets its own sender while billing consolidates. Request Cequens transactional route classification - marketing routes throttle COD traffic during peak hours. SLA and failover pairing. Pair Cequens as primary with VictoryLink or SMS Misr as secondary in Mrfqy's failover chain (see sms-failover-multi-provider-routing). If Cequens returns a 5xx or timeout, the worker retries on backup credentials automatically. order_sms_logs records which provider delivered each message - essential for reconciling Cequens invoices against actual COD order volume. Enterprise merchants on Mrfqy Pro can open support tickets with delivery trace IDs when a customer claims they never received confirmation. Cequens customers should not rebuild SMS plumbing when moving to Mrfqy - paste credentials, enable COD SMS, and keep your existing SLA. Ready to own your store? Free lifetime store - no credit card required.
