- Current Project Management Professional certification.
- Manage contractor staff and oversee day-to-day program execution.
- Plan, execute, and monitor program activities from initiation through completion.
- Ensure tasks are completed within established timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Assign contractor schedules, workloads, and priorities.
- Supervise contractor personnel and communicate organizational policies, goals, and performance expectations.
- Review work discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with federal customer representatives, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to define objectives and deliverables.
- Apply quality management practices consistent with ISO 9001.
- Lead continuous service-delivery improvements to increase efficiency and performance.
- Monitor staffing, program performance, deliverables, and customer satisfaction.
