About the job
- Candidates must have at least two years of working experience in a related field.
- Candidates must have strong leadership ability and be able to manage a team and an area.
- Candidates must have good communication and social media marketing skills.
- Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Candidates must be able to work shifts.
- Meet sales targets for the assigned area.
- Visit merchants daily and build good relationships with store points of contact.
- Ensure programs in the assigned area run effectively and meet their sales targets.
- Ensure promotional point-of-purchase materials are placed in stores.
- Coordinate with partner operations teams to obtain information about sales, competitors, and field issues.
- Handle approximately 15–20 Sales Promoters.
- Monitor the daily activities of Promoters.
- Conduct field-team training and refresher training for Promoters.
- Preferably, candidates have experience as non-management, non-supervisory staff specializing in sales for financial services such as insurance or unit trusts, or equivalent.
