Requirements
  • At least 5 years of general technical or maintenance experience, including prior planning experience in production or services.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project leadership skills.
  • Comfort working with enterprise resource planning systems and electronic data.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and bend, twist, and turn as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Own and refine the three-year preventative maintenance schedule while working directly with Brewing Process and Production leadership.
  • Generate work orders and build complete work packs containing permits, parts, and instructions, aligning preventative maintenance tasks with original equipment manufacturer recommendations.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and the maintenance budget alongside the Maintenance Inventory Coordinator.
  • Lead root cause analysis on equipment issues and drive continuous improvement across maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate outside vendors and contracted work, including support during emergency downtime.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience using AutoCAD.
  • Experience in the food or beverage industry.
