Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in search engine optimization, search engine marketing, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and keyword research tools.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems such as WordPress or similar.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms aligned with business objectives.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and app store listings to improve search rankings.
Monitor and report organic search performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Implement technical search engine optimization best practices, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
Collaborate with content creators to produce search engine optimization-friendly blog posts, articles, and web copy.
Plan, create, and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
Optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize return on investment.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
Manage budgets and ensure campaigns meet performance key performance indicators.
Stay updated on search engine optimization and search engine marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with design, product, and development teams to align search engine optimization and search engine marketing strategies with company goals.

The SEO/SEM Generalist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing both organic (SEO) and paid (SEM) search marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on execution to ensure Coins.ph’s online presence ranks high in search engines and reaches target audiences effectively through paid campaigns.

Job Description

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
