About the company

"It is a true honor for us to serve the sportsmen and women who call this beautiful region home," Bass Pro Shops founder Johnny Morris said in the release. "With Lake Murray offering some of the finest bass fishing in the country and generations of families enjoying the outdoors together, we're proud to become part of that tradition." This will mark the fourth Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World store in South Carolina, following spots in Greenville, Fort Mill and Myrtle Beach. It will be the first Columbia location.
