About the Job

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS, fundraising, marketing technology, e-commerce, or conversion-focused products.
  • Proven end-to-end ownership of a product area, including roadmap, discovery, execution, launch, and measurement.
  • Ability to write clear specifications, cover edge cases, and keep Engineering unblocked.
  • Ability to use funnels, metrics, support signals, and qualitative feedback to prioritize.
  • Ability to understand how a product surface connects to checkout, payments, analytics, integrations, and go-to-market workflows.
  • Working understanding of growth and experimentation, including how hypotheses are generated, prioritized, and measured.
  • Strong user experience sensibility and ability to partner with Design.
  • Hands-on, everyday use of artificial intelligence in product work.
  • Fluent Russian, required for working in a Russian-speaking team, and English at C1 level, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Campaign Pages strategy and a 6–12 month roadmap aligned with Product and Pre-Donation Experience priorities, and explain decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Run continuous discovery using customer, go-to-market, Support, funnel, and competitive signals; separate one-off requests from systemic opportunities and validate problems before building.
  • Drive delivery end to end with a dedicated Engineering Team Lead, Product Designer, and Product Analyst by preparing clear product requirements documents and edge cases, keeping the backlog ready 2–3 sprints ahead, and launching with proper instrumentation.
  • Own product health and enterprise readiness, including conversion, page performance, reliability, publishing issues, and support volume; resolve deal-breakers and churn-risk requests within agreed service-level agreements.
  • Partner with the Growth Product Manager on experiments, personalisation, and average revenue per visitor initiatives; prioritize incoming hypotheses against product data and apply successful learnings across Checkout, Elements, and Campaign Pages.
  • Align Engineering, Design, Analytics, go-to-market, Support, and adjacent Product Managers; coordinate dependencies with Platform, Checkout, Gift Cart, Billing, and Integrations when work touches shared systems.
  • Ensure go-to-market, Support, and customer success managers know what is shipping, why it matters, and how to explain it to customers.
  • Use artificial intelligence for research synthesis, specification drafting, analysis, and communication, making assumptions and sources explicit; identify where artificial intelligence can reshape problems in the function and develop fluency as tools evolve.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with landing pages, campaign or website builders, content management systems, donation or checkout flows.
  • Hands-on experimentation, personalisation, or conversion-optimisation work, including converting paid traffic after it reaches a landing page.
  • Experience in nonprofit technology, fundraising, payments, or marketing operations.
  • Experience handling enterprise customer requests and go-to-market escalations.
