Taboola investors face October 20 lead plaintiff deadline after 27.5% share price plunge

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Taboola.com Ltd. (NASDAQ: TBLA) on behalf of investors that bought its securities between May 6, 2026 and August 4, 2026. Taboola names Veronica Costantino Bazin as Country Manager for France and Belgium.

Taboola names Veronica Costantino Bazin as Country Manager for France and Belgium. Taboola has appointed Veronica Costantino Bazin as Country Manager for France and Belgium, adding regional leadership as the company continues to develop its performance advertising business across European markets. The appointment comes as digital advertising platforms adapt to changing advertiser expectations around audience targeting, campaign measurement and performance. Brands are increasingly looking for ways to reach consumers beyond traditional search and social channels while connecting media investments with measurable business outcomes. Taboola operates in performance advertising, helping advertisers reach audiences across publisher websites and other digital environments. Its technology also supports publishers seeking to grow audience engagement and advertising revenue through content recommendations and monetization solutions. For advertisers, these channels provide additional opportunities to engage consumers as they research products, compare options and explore content online. For publishers, they can create new ways to connect audiences with relevant information while supporting commercial sustainability. France and Belgium represent distinct markets within Europe's digital advertising landscape, with different media environments, languages and consumer behaviors. Regional leadership can help advertising technology companies coordinate local market strategies, develop client relationships and respond to the needs of advertisers and publishing partners. Bazin's appointment comes amid broader changes in performance marketing, including the growing use of artificial intelligence to support audience discovery, campaign optimization and measurement. Advertisers are also assessing how to diversify their media strategies as competition for consumer attention increases across digital platforms. Taboola has been expanding its advertising technology through its Realize platform, which is designed to help advertisers drive performance across the open web. The company also works with publishers on audience engagement and monetization, placing it at the intersection of advertiser objectives and publisher revenue needs.
