ClearSky Health operates inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRFs) across multiple states, delivering post-acute rehabilitation services funded by Medicare and other insurers. Each facility uses a physician-led interdisciplinary team, provides at least 15 hours of therapy per week, 24/7 rehabilitative nursing, and a full range of therapies, along with home-like spaces and case management.
