Adani Total Gas reports 12% volume growth and 34% revenue increase in Q2 FY2027.

Adani Total Gas reports 12% volume growth and 34% revenue increase in Q2 FY2027. Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) reported a 12% year-on-year increase in overall gas volume and a 34% rise in revenue from operations for the second quarter of FY2027, supported by higher CNG demand, expansion of its piped natural gas network and growth across its geographical areas. For the half year ended September 30, 2026, overall volume grew 13% year-on-year, while revenue from operations increased 31%. EBITDA rose 12% to ₹340 crore in Q2 FY2027. Half-year EBITDA stood at ₹621 crore, up 3% from the corresponding period last year. Sanjay Pandita, CEO of ATGL, said the company delivered volume and revenue growth despite higher international prices, currency depreciation and reduced allocation of domestic gas under the administered pricing mechanism (APM). He said diversified sourcing, a mix of long-term contracts and market purchases, and calibrated pricing helped manage input costs while maintaining supply reliability. CNG volume increased 17% year-on-year in both Q2 and H1 FY2027, supported by network expansion and higher throughput. PNG volume grew 3% in the quarter and 4% during the half year, driven by domestic and commercial demand. Around 11.81 lakh homes are now connected to the company's piped natural gas network. The operating environment remained challenging during the quarter amid the West Asia crisis and elevated Brent-linked and spot gas prices. Following the withdrawal of temporary pooled support from July 5, 2026, the government introduced a revised high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) gas allocation framework. ATGL said it used domestic allocations, long- and mid-term contracts, and market purchases to meet demand. APM allocation for the CNG segment averaged around 25% during the quarter. The cost of natural gas increased 43% year-on-year in Q2 FY2027. Profit before tax stood at ₹235 crore and standalone profit after tax at ₹167 crore. Consolidated profit after tax was ₹173 crore for the quarter and ₹315 crore for the half year. In its e-mobility business, Adani TotalEnergies E-Mobility Limited expanded its network to 5,513 installed EV charging points across 26 states and Union Territories and 225 cities. Installed capacity reached around 63 MW, with 4,809 charging points operational. Adani TotalEnergies Biomass Limited sold 460 tonnes of CBG during H1 FY2027, including 195 tonnes through dedicated CBG stations. Organic manure sales exceeded 6,865 tonnes, of which more than 1,757 tonnes were sold under the Harit Amrit brand. ATGL also reported that its NSE Sustainability score reached 75, while its Stakeholders Empowerment Services score improved to 75 out of 100. Adani Total Gas is a city distribution company authorised to operate in 34 geographical areas. Its businesses include CNG, piped natural gas, electric vehicle charging and biomass. The company also participates in gas distribution through Indian Oil-Adani Gas Private Limited, a 50:50 joint venture with Indian Oil Corporation Limited, and has a joint venture for gas meter manufacturing.

The Adani group has proposed to the Andhra Pradesh government about setting up a titanium park in Srikakulam with an investment of ₹16,000 crore. This titanium park in Srikakulam will involve seperation of beach-sand minerals and value-added products. Ilmenite will be the key raw material used for the production of titanium products. This project will be handled by the Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation and will focus on mineral processing. What will the titanium park manufacture? The titanium park in Srikakulam will manufacture titanium pigment worth 2 lakh tonnes per annum and titanium metal worth 10,000 tonnes per annum. The proposed titanium processing plant will have titanium slag, titanium dioxide (TiO 2), and titanium sponge as the key products. Titanium dioxide is primarily used for coating paints, coatings for plastics, cosmetic products, and sunscreen products. Meanwhile, titanium metal has various applications such as in aerospace and engineering industries. With the proposed titanium park in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh will be able to add value to the titanium products which will increase the revenue of the state. Mineral reserves and land identified for the project. The titanium park in Srikakulam will be established on the beach-sand mineral reserves in the Srikakulam and Visakhapatnam districts. The mineral reserves in the regions belong to the Adani Group company Alluvial Heavy Minerals Limited who has acquired three mineral leases from the Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation. The company has acquired a total reserve of 991 hectares of mineral reserves, out of which 910 hectares is in the Gara mandal of the Srikakulam district and 81 hectares is in the Bheemunipatnam of the Visakhapatnam district. The minerals from these reserves will be used for the production of titanium slag, titanium dioxide (TiO 2), and titanium sponge. The reserves amount to around 6.68 million tonnes of ilmenite, sufficient for the production process for around 10 years. The company has also applied for two additional mineral leases to increase the reserves for the titanium park in Srikakulam to meet the demand for 20-25 years of the project. However, these two additional mineral reserves are yet to be approved by the government. How will the titanium park benefit Srikakulam? The titanium park in Srikakulam will generate demands for residential and commercial units in the region. As per the reports, Srikakulam district has 25 large and medium-scale industries employing around 7,130 people and 1,101 small-scale industries employing around 35,316 people. The proposed titanium processing plant will generate demand for various types of jobs such as construction-related jobs, operational jobs, technical jobs, and jobs in allied industries. Real estate impact around the proposed titanium park. The proposed ₹16,000 crore titanium park could have an impact on real estate demand in Gara, Vatsavalasa, Srikakulam town, Etcherla and Bheemunipatnam, as industrial activity intensifies in the region. Gara and Vatsavalasa could see a rise in demand for residential plots and worker accommodation, with current residential land values rangging from ₹3,000 to ₹6,000 per sq. ft depending on the areas and location. In Srikakulam town, average residential property prices range between ₹5,500 to 7,800 per sq.ft. These areas could witness increased demand for rental housing, commercial establishments and supporting services, if the project takes off and creates employment. Conclusion. The proposed titanium processing plant in Srikakulam with an investment of ₹16,000 crore from the Adani group will see a rise in demand for residential and commercial property in the areas around it. This proposed project will utilize the mineral reserves of the region and will help in value-adding and processing of titanium.

Port of Montreal and India's Adani Group strengthen ties that support Canadian trade diversification. * By Maritime Magazine * 2026-10-15 As part of Team Canada's trade mission to India from October 12 to 17, the Montreal Port Authority (MPA) and the Adani Group today announced the renewal of their collaboration agreement. The initiative aims to strengthen trade relations between the two countries and create new opportunities for Quebec and Canadian businesses. The agreement was signed this morning in Mumbai by Captain Sandeep Mehta, representing the Adani Group, and Marie-Claude Galarneau, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating and Transformation Officer of the MPA, in the presence of The Honourable Maninder Sidhu, Minister of International Trade of Canada. It builds on the collaborative efforts between the two port authorities that began in 2018 with the signing of their first agreement. The renewed agreement will enable the two organizations to continue working together on issues of mutual interest, including the efficient movement of goods and the enhancement of port infrastructure. The agreement focuses primarily on: * Developing trade between Canada and India, particularly through the Mundra - Montreal maritime corridor. * Joint promotion and information sharing to identify new business opportunities. * Sharing port and technological expertise to improve operations and the fluidity of road and rail transportation. * Exploring new areas of collaboration, including vehicle transportation and exchanges between the two organizations' teams. Strengthening its presence in a key market Against the backdrop of a changing global trade environment, the MPA is strengthening its presence in a strategic market to support trade diversification, develop lasting relationships with industry stakeholders and contribute to the resilience of supply chains between the two countries. Through its participation in Team Canada's trade mission and the appointment of Prakash Tulsiani as its new agent in India, the Port of Montreal is demonstrating its commitment to maintaining strong ties with this high-potential market. According to widely shared projections from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), India is expected to become the world's fourth-largest economy by 2027-2028, underscoring the strength and consistency of its growth trajectory. The MPA's local representation will facilitate engagement with shipping lines, freight forwarders, as well as importing and exporting companies, while helping to raise awareness of the services and business development opportunities available between the two countries. Trade with India has become an increasingly important part of the Port of Montreal's activities in recent years. After becoming one of the Port's leading trading partners, India ranked second among the Port's markets in 2025, with a balanced flow of imports and exports. In total, one million tonnes of goods were exchanged between the two countries, including 60% exports and 40% imports. Gautam Adani reflects on Bloomberg's vision for India and sustainable growth.

Gautam Adani reflects on Bloomberg's vision for India and sustainable growth. Key points. * Gautam Adani emphasizes the need for visible and invisible infrastructure for national resilience. * He advocates for clean energy that is both affordable and reliable, especially for emerging economies. * Adani highlights the importance of community-focused development, citing the Dharavi redevelopment project. * True progress requires collaboration between capital, policy, and execution in energy transition. In a recent LinkedIn post, Gautam Adani, the Chairman of the Adani Group, shared insights from his interactions with Michael Bloomberg at the Bloomberg New Economy Forum held in New Delhi. Adani expounded on the dual facets of infrastructure that nations need to thrive: visible infrastructure such as ports and green hydrogen plants, and the invisible yet critical infrastructure that encompasses trusted data and accountable governance. He pointed out the differing perspectives of emerging economies like India, which prioritize immediate access to power and industrial capacity, and mature markets, which focus on the speed of decarbonization. Adani stressed the importance of making clean energy affordable for the general populace, asserting that any transition based solely on ideology without practical viability could lead to failure. He highlighted Bloomberg's longstanding commitment to India and its development, particularly in the realms of artificial intelligence, manufacturing, and green infrastructure. In a conversation about the revitalization of Dharavi, a dense urban area in Mumbai, Adani noted that successful redevelopment must consider the community's needs and values rather than just land metrics. He emphasized the need for climate-resilient homes, modern sanitation, and sustainable livelihoods in such urban projects. Adani concluded with a call for collaboration among four essential components: patient capital, effective execution, transparent governance, and capable local leadership, noting that none can replace the other in the quest for true nation-building and sustainable development.
