Requirements
  • Track record of full-cycle technical recruiting for a product company, consistently finding and closing world-class talent at different seniority levels.
  • Experience building and maintaining a strong pipeline of technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Proactive sourcing, engagement, and nurturing of relationships with top technical talent using various sourcing tools and strategies.
  • Ability to screen and assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Experience maintaining accurate and organized candidate data in an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an authentic communication style.
  • Ability to refine and improve recruitment pitches to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Familiarity with staying up to date with industry best practices and emerging recruiting tools.
Responsibilities

  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging tools.

  • Willingness to work from the San Francisco office at least three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
