Requirements
  • Work experience or a college degree in a technical area.
  • Technical understanding of web technologies, platforms, and development methodologies.
  • Experience using artificial intelligence to develop products or perform vibe coding.
  • Experience with or understanding of quality assurance and testing practices for web applications.
  • Ability to use exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with technologists, executives, business partners, and information technology teams.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute web development projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Use SQL querying, Google Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, and data visualization tools to monitor website performance, identify user behavior trends, and provide actionable insights for product strategy and feature optimization.
  • Use artificial intelligence to improve internal efficiencies, develop prototypes, execute the roadmap, and analyze data.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, ensure on-time delivery, and own release dates.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate potential risks or delays.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Content teams to refine project scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure thorough testing of web applications.
  • Identify, document, and prioritize defect resolution.
  • Create, update, and maintain project documentation in Confluence.
  • Work with development and quality assurance teams to help resolve project-related issues.
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience across acquisition, user experience, platform performance, operations, fulfillment, delivery, and post-purchase touchpoints.
  • Ensure physical products meet or exceed customer expectations and delivery timing aligns with promised and expected arrival windows.
