Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of sales experience in hospitality, FMCG, or wholesale.
  • User-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability and readiness to drive daily, with a category B driving license and appropriate driving experience.
  • At least a secondary-level education.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain close relationships with professional customers.
  • Identify new customers and establish mutually beneficial business arrangements.
  • Offer tailored solutions in response to customers' needs.
  • Monitor customer turnover and purchasing habits continuously, and adapt recommendations accordingly.
  • Use marketing tools tailored to customers' specific needs.
  • Help increase customer loyalty to METRO and support customers' business success.
  • Prepare regular reports for the professional manager.
  • Work closely with colleagues at the central office and stores.
