  • Proficiency in Python, Rust, and Go with comfort owning real-world systems codebases
  • Hands-on security engineering experience across product security, infrastructure security, and detection and response
  • Practical experience securing Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and multi-tenant compute environments

Responsibilities
  • Secure the agent execution surface by designing and hardening the sandboxing, isolation, and runtime controls to let Devin safely execute untrusted code and use tools across long-horizon tasks
  • Own product and infrastructure security by leading threat modeling, secure design reviews, and vulnerability management across Devin, Windsurf, and the underlying infrastructure
  • Build security tooling that engineers actually use, including internal systems for secrets management, identity and access, dependency security, and detection that integrate with the team's deployment workflow
  • Lead incident response and detection by building the detection pipeline, running incident response, and turning events into systemic improvements
  • Drive customer trust by partnering with go-to-market and legal teams to support compliance and customer trust initiatives and build the controls customers expect from AI-native developer tools
Desired Qualifications
  • BS, MS, or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related technical discipline from a highly selective program at a top-tier university
  • Prior experience at a frontier AI lab, applied AI company, or developer tools company
  • Familiarity with the security considerations of autonomous agents and AI-native developer tools
