Requirements
  • Strong fundamentals in visual design: layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and composition
  • A portfolio showing thoughtful visual or marketing design work (school, internships, or personal projects welcome)
  • Comfort working in Figma and basic familiarity with tools like Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Ability to take feedback, iterate, and learn quickly
  • Good organization and attention to detail
  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
  • 0–2 years of experience, or equivalent hands-on/project-based experience
  • Portfolio (Required) - Please include a portfolio showcasing relevant design work. We’re especially interested in projects that demonstrate strong visual taste, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling graphics. Work that shows range across brand, marketing, product visuals, or storytelling is particularly valuable.
Responsibilities
  • Design marketing and brand assets across channels: social, email, ads, web, and product marketing
  • Create visuals for campaigns, launches, and ongoing brand storytelling
  • Produce digital and print-ready materials for sales, partnerships, and customer-facing needs
  • Support landing pages and product marketing pages with strong visual layout and hierarchy
  • Help maintain and apply Matic’s brand system across touchpoints
  • Build and use templates to speed up recurring work and keep things consistent
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to turn ideas into clear visual designs
  • Take projects from brief to final delivery with guidance and feedback

  • Basic motion or video skills (After Effects, simple animations, or Lottie)
