Requirements
  • Experience with the MarTech ecosystem and common growth tools
  • Strong debugging skills across web apps, APIs, data flows, and identity systems
  • Strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize across ambiguous roadmap needs and incoming requests
  • Experience using AI engineering tools to build, maintain, and validate integrations

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain integrations with analytics, CRM, CDP, ads, reporting, and workflow tools
  • Design public APIs and systems that expand the Coframe ecosystem
  • Create setup systems that reduce time-to-launch for customers
  • Build debugging tools for events, identity, data sync, and implementation issues
  • Improve reliability, monitoring, and observability across integrations
  • Work directly with customers on complex technical integrations
  • Turn repeated implementation work into scalable product capabilities

Coframe has acquired HaystacksAI, an AI-powered growth and sales intelligence startup, appointing its founder and CEO Bo Mohazzabi as Vice President of Go-To-Market. Mohazzabi will lead sales, growth and customer strategy whilst helping shape the product roadmap. Founded by AI researcher Josh Payne, Coframe has partnered with OpenAI to develop self-optimising digital experiences. Its multi-agent system autonomously handles experimentation and personalisation processes, including ideation, design, engineering, quality assurance and analysis. Mohazzabi previously worked at Optimizely and Amplitude, helping enterprises adopt A/B testing and behavioural analytics. At HaystacksAI, he built an AI product using large language models for intent intelligence and technical outreach. Coframe reports over 100% quarter-over-quarter growth and has generated over $150 million in incremental revenue for customers including Replit and Dropbox.
