Responsibilities

  • Advise customers by combining technical expertise, empathy, and stylistic judgment to find the best solution for them.
  • Perform eye measurements using modern technology, document them carefully, and explain the results clearly.
  • Prepare orders, record customer data and incoming goods, check prescriptions, and assess damage to glasses.
  • Apply your contact-lens knowledge when needed.
