IsoEnergy has completed its transaction with DISA Technologies to form DISA Uranium, a technology-enabled US uranium company. IsoEnergy contributed its portfolio of permitted, past-producing conventional uranium mines in Utah in exchange for roughly 1.68 million shares of common stock. DISA Uranium closed a US$105 million private placement financing concurrent with completion. Investors included Tembo Capital, BHP Ventures, Galvanize Climate Solutions, Valor Equity Partners, Evok Innovations, Halliburton Labs, and Veriten. IsoEnergy invested US$33 million in the financing and now holds approximately 33% of DISA Uranium on a fully diluted basis, making it the largest shareholder. The new company aims to strengthen domestic uranium supply and support growing demand for secure, US-sourced nuclear fuel.

Lydian has closed a $43 million Series A funding round led by Breakthrough Energy Ventures to scale its synthetic aviation fuel production platform. The round included participation from AP Ventures, Builders Vision, and existing investors including Congruent Ventures, Galvanize, Grok Ventures, Overture, Union Square Ventures, and Voyager Ventures. The Boston-based company will use the funds to launch PIVOT, a modular production platform that reduces plant capital costs by over 50% compared to competing technologies whilst delivering up to 95% lifecycle emissions reductions. The system uses standardised, factory-built modules to cut project development timelines by up to two years. Lydian operates a tonne-scale pilot plant in Boston and is advancing a commercial demonstration facility targeted for 2028, with full-scale commercial deployment expected in 2030.
