Lydian raises $43M Series A led by Breakthrough Energy Ventures for synthetic aviation fuel platform

The round included participation from AP Ventures, Builders Vision, and existing investors including Congruent Ventures, Galvanize, Grok Ventures, Overture, Union Square Ventures, and Voyager Ventures. The system uses standardised, factory-built modules to cut project development timelines by up to two years. Lydian operates a tonne-scale pilot plant in Boston and is advancing a commercial demonstration facility targeted for 2028, with full-scale commercial deployment expected in 2030.
