  • Physical and/or logical access to criminal justice information is an essential function. The successful candidate must pass the standard company background check and an enhanced criminal background check conducted by state and local law enforcement partners in compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information System security policy. Responsibilities
  • Evaluate contract compliance and advise internal stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, risks, and required actions.
  • Independently negotiate, draft, execute, and manage contracts in alignment with team guidelines, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to develop negotiation strategies that balance customer objectives with business priorities.
  • Build and manage internal and external relationships through timely communication, clear expectation setting, and professional stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence commercial strategy, secure required approvals, resolve issues, and support contract execution.
  • Clearly articulate contractual risks, trade-offs, options, and exceptions to support informed decision-making by business stakeholders.
  • Identify, escalate, and document exceptions to standard contracting language in accordance with defined processes.
  • Manage workload and priorities to meet deadlines while delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Drive process improvements by developing and maintaining documentation, educating team members, and supporting consistent contracting practices.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • A Juris Doctor degree or equivalent legal experience is preferred.

LexisNexis Risk Solutions has launched Emailage Adaptive, a self-calibrating AI fraud detection solution that continuously learns from each organisation's unique fraud patterns without manual intervention. In testing, the system captured around 90% of frauds amongst highest-risk transactions while reducing false positives by more than 80%. Dell Technologies has doubled its high-risk fraud capture rates and reduced manual reviews of low-risk transactions by 83% since implementing the solution. LexisNexis Risk Solutions has launched Location Intelligence for Home, an AI-driven predictive model for US home insurance carriers to assess property risk.
