Non-profit supporting at-risk families and children

BCFS Health and Human Services is a national non-profit providing community-based services for at-risk families and individuals, including prevention and early intervention, housing for young adults aging out of foster care, mental health and life skills support, advocacy and case management for trafficking survivors, medical care for pregnant or postpartum women, and support for families with children with disabilities. Its programs are organized into focused areas and the organization coordinates care among service providers and partners to support people from early intervention through independence.
