Responsibilities

  • Advise customers by combining technical expertise, empathy, and a sense of style to identify the best solution.
  • Perform eye measurements using modern technology, document them carefully, and explain the results clearly.
  • Prepare orders, record customer data and incoming goods, check prescriptions, and assess damage to eyeglasses.
  • Apply knowledge of contact lenses when needed or acquire that knowledge through training.
