  • Support the Portfolio Director in product definition and presales/solutions architects with customer-specific configurations and technical due diligence.
  • Set up and operate the rack engineering lab environment, including provisioning and head node, out-of-band access, tracking and telemetry collection, and remote-access arrangements with the partner.
  • Automate bring-up, testing, and data-collection procedures so campaigns are reproducible across generations and partner sites.
  • Produce engineering technical documentation, including validation reports, configuration guides, known-issue lists, and field-support notes for service and support teams.
  • Serve as the level-three technical escalation point for deployed systems in collaboration with the service partner.

  • Knowledge of firmware and BMC, including OpenBMC, DC-SCM, and platform root of trust.
  • Experience with an ODM manufacturing or NPI program, including design proposal reviews and ES/QS/PS/MP milestones.

The migration took two years, starting with France and then moving to major service centres and the remaining countries. Employees now use a single portal for support, incident management, and device requests. The system runs on a ServiceNow IT service management platform, which replaced several legacy support chains with one operating model. The contract also includes carbon reporting and Green IT practices. Both companies are exploring generative AI uses.
